Capacity Marketing started work in Canada in 2010, and since then we’ve been fortunate to count a number of charitable organizations and foundations – larger, smaller, nationwide and regional – amongst our clientele. Below we’ve a selection of our recent partners in programs across Canada.
The ALS Society of BC is a non-government funded charity that provides direct support to ALS patients, along with their families and caregivers, to ensure the best quality of life possible while living with ALS. With your help, we will be able to fund crucial support programs in BC. Our equipment loan program provides essential mobility equipment such as power wheelchairs at no cost to the patient. Other services: psychological support, mobile clinics, support for patients, caregivers and families. Help us change the future of ALS patients and their families.
Formerly known as The Living City Foundation, the TRCF exists to connect, engage and inspire people and organizations to donate and support the work of Toronto and Region Conservation Authority. Since 1961, the Foundation has raised more than $50 million for vital conservation efforts and environmental learning programs in the Toronto region. Thanks to the support of donors, the Toronto and Region Conservation Foundation is helping to build greener, cleaner, healthier communities where people and nature can flourish.
When the Canadian Cancer Society was founded in 1938, only 25% of those diagnosed would survive their cancers. Donors have saved millions of lives. Over the decades, we’ve done a lot. Canadians have given generously to invest in cancer research and new, more effective treatments. Thousands of Canadians have left gifts in their wills to fund the fight against cancer. Those donations have paid off. Today, 65% of people diagnosed with cancer will survive. We’ve come a long– but we still have lots to accomplish. If we keep believing, and keep giving, we can win this fight for everyone.
Since 1988, Peace Arch Hospital Foundation has raised more than $140 million, ensuring our families, friends and neighbours in the White Rock/South Surrey community have access to quality health care, close to home. We invest in hospital upgrades and improvements, new and replacement medical equipment and projects and programs that help our community be the healthiest possible.
Founded 1969, the International Fund for Animal Welfare rescues and protects individual animals, animal populations and habitats. Working in over 40 countries, IFAW provides assistance to animals in need and rescues animals in the wake of disasters. We help save animal species from cruelty and extinction, campaigning to end elephant, rhino and tiger poaching, commercial whaling, and commercial seal hunting.
Since 1948, the Arthritis Society has been a driving force behind the development of a world-class medical and research community focused on improving outcomes for those facing the emotional and physical ravages of arthritis. With your help the Arthritis Society conducts research to better understand the impact of arthritis, advocates for progressive arthritis policies, works with stakeholders to promote appropriate standards of care and delivers educational programs to empower those living with arthritis to self-manage their disease.
